When you request an AI reflection, the relevant journal text (including previously saved transcripts) is sent to Google’s AI service. Stripe processes membership payments. Resend delivers contact and admin email. This device may keep offline drafts and a local Firebase cache; clear drafts in Account and sign out on shared devices. Download your journal from Account. Contact us to request account or data deletion. Authorized administrators can open support sessions; these actions are logged.
